Account data — your name, email, and authentication details when you sign up. Store data — when you connect a store, we access catalog, content, and theme data needed to analyze and prepare improvements. Usage data — how you use the platform, for reliability and product improvement.

To provide the service: run audits, generate content and imagery, discover opportunities, and prepare changes for your approval. We use aggregate, non-identifying usage data to improve BrandForge. We do not sell your personal data.

Some features use AI providers to generate recommendations, content, and images from the context you provide. We send only the data needed for the task. Generated output is always prepared as a draft for your review — nothing is published to your store without your explicit approval.

Credentials and connected-store tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Access is role-based and tenant-isolated, and sensitive actions are audit-logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

We share data only with the service providers that power BrandForge (hosting, database, AI, and storage) under appropriate safeguards, and where required by law. We never sell your data to advertisers.

You can access, export, or delete your personal data at any time from your account, or by contacting us. We honor GDPR and CCPA requests, including data portability and the right to erasure.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control non-essential cookies in your browser or our consent controls.

We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and operational needs. You can request deletion sooner.
