BrandForge AI is a platform that audits ecommerce stores — currently Shopify — and helps merchants act on what it finds. It analyzes a store, generates content, imagery, and SEO improvements, and prepares those changes for review. It does not run your store for you; it does the work of finding and drafting improvements so you can approve the ones you want.
What it does
Connect a store and BrandForge runs an audit across design, content, product listings, SEO, and imagery, looking for gaps and opportunities. From there it can generate new product copy, meta descriptions, on-brand imagery, and structural fixes — each one prepared as a draft, with a clear before/after, ready for a merchant to review.
Why approval-gating is the core principle
Nothing BrandForge generates is ever published to a live store automatically. Every change — a new product description, a theme tweak, a generated image — is created as a pending approval that a human has to review and explicitly approve before it goes live. This isn't a settings toggle; it's how the system is built. AI is fast and useful for drafting, but a merchant's live store is their business, and only they decide what actually ships.
Why we're building this
Running an ecommerce store means a constant backlog of small, valuable work — better product copy, fresher imagery, cleaner SEO, design polish — that's easy to know about and hard to find time for. BrandForge is built to close that gap: surface the opportunities, do the drafting work, and leave the final call where it belongs, with the merchant.
